Ready for a personal fitness challenge?

Maybe you want to get bikini ready for the July 4 Holiday weekend? I’ve got a Challenge for you! Even if you are just starting out, or you’re an expert, this 25 day fitness plan can help you take your body and your workout, to the next level with cardio, strength, and core training! And, nearly every city has a Fireworks 5K. Take my 25 day challenge, which culminates in your best (or FIRST!) 5K race ever on July 4!

It’s important to listen to your body. If a workout feels too intense, then dial it back in terms of reps. Alternatively, if you feel inclined to push harder or further, add intensity by adding weights, increasing reps, distances, or pace in your workouts.

Finally, remember to fuel your body optimally with Core Three Nutrition: Purium’s Power Shake, Super Amino 23, and Apothe Cherry. These veggies, protein, and fruit, alongside clean, healthy eating, provide your body with the maximum daily nutrition. And, remember to drink 50-70% of your body weight in fluid ounces of water daily!
